IM from Saravanan on 09/13/2016:
To investigate why APAC customer 1018861 is not being found in any of the open order reports.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to check any logic is in place to filter free of charge orders in open order reports for APAC region.
2. Need to check free of charge orders extract from any of the BW source.
3. Need to analyze the possibilities for free of charge orders getting into the report.

1. Checked any logic is in place to filter free of charge orders in open order reports for APAC region.
2. Checked free of charge orders extract from any of the BW source.
3. Analyzed the information as below and reported to NEC:
i) In open order sources, data is extracted from Document Categories 'C'(Order) & 'G(Contract)' but not the document category 'I'(free of charge orders).
ii) Hence free of charge orders are getting excluded from open order source and not updated to any of the BW cubes.
